The Peer Support Program’s goal is to support women in recovery through establishing or nurturing a relationship with Jesus Christ. A Certified Peer Support Specialist with shared life-experiences will provide each woman Biblical encouragement and goal setting strategies to equip them in reconnecting with their families, maintaining sobriety, securing employment and obtaining transportation and housing. They will also receive a transformative makeover in a professional salon to build their self-esteem and confidence; strengthening their ability to aim for a fulfilling life of independence.
Car Donation Program
“Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.” Galatians 5:25
The Car Donation Program’s goal is to donate vehicles to HER Life Journey recipients who commit to active participation in approved church, Bible studies, and faith-based recovery programs. This initiative empowers women to take steps toward independence; improving their quality of life through secure employment, reliable transportation for their children, attending medical appointments and embracing a healthy lifestyle grounded in Jesus Christ.
Desires of Her Heart Seminar
"Take delight in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart." Psalm 37:4
Our faith-based seminar empowers women who have experienced homelessness, domestic violence, and addiction, guiding them toward healing through Jesus Christ. Attendees will discover their God-given identity, envision the desires of their hearts, and experience the power of sisterhood.
